The AVIA Wildflower Long Course Triathlon is one of the premier triathlons nationally and internationally. The 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike and 13.1 mile run is one of the most challenging courses anywhere. Beach Hill, Nasty Grade, Polar Heart Rate Hill and the back country trail run will test the skills of the elite, age group triathlete and the first time long course competitor.

WILDFLOWER COLLEGIATE CHAMPIONSHIPS
The AVIA Wildflower Olympic Distance Triathlon is an amateur age group and relay team event. This world-class course includes a 1.5K open water swim, a 40K (extremely hilly bike course) and a brutal 10K run course. The race will include the Wildflower collegiate championships. The best college triathletes from around the country will be competing for Wildflower collegiate, individual and school honors. It is a great race for both beginners and accomplished competitors. The Olympic Distance race will also be part of the Triathlon Club Team Competition* event.
MOUNTAIN BIKE TRIATHLON- SOLD OUT 2-25-08
0.25m Swim, 9.7m Bike, 2m Run
The Mountain Bike Triathlon is an exciting sprint distance event for novice and beginner triathletes with a .25 mile swim, a 9.7 mile bicycle course (mountain bikes only) and a short 2 mile run. Age groups begin at 8 & Under and continue to 70+. Although there is fierce competition for the overall Mountain Bike Triathlon champion, most competitors will be first or second time triathletes. This is the place to get started in the sport of triathlon!
The Triathlon Club Team Competition is an event where club team members receive points for completing the course, finishing in the top ten overall and finishing in the top ten in their age group. Individuals and club teams with the best combined times of their top three men and women will receive special awards. The Triathlon Club Team Competition is in addition to their age group category and at no additional cost. (Mountain Bike Triathlon and Collegiate Championship participants will not be included in points totals.) To enter, mark the club box on the entry form and be listed on the official club roster.
