Event Format:

Scott Tinley's Adventures offers several races throughout the weekend where participants can compete in individual events of various skill levels or can become part of the rare breed of multi-sport competitors called "TINLEY'S TOUGHEST", "TERRY'S TOUGHEST", or "BETSY'S Toughest" By entering the "Toughest" competition, combined times in each toughest category will be calculated. Awards will be presented for the top 3 male and top 3 female combined times in each toughest category. There is no substitution of events for the "toughest" divisions. The Triathlon/Hill Climb race combinations provide a race for every level of athlete while encouraging mountain bikers to enjoy the multi-sports adventure. The triathlon portion of the events are also open to relay teams to maximize participation. Scott Tinley's Adventures is designed to give participants an exciting, and sometimes extreme ride, while keeping the sport down to earth as it was in the beginning.
