The National Holistic Institute’s sports massage team has been active since 2007 and has provided post event massage at dozens of events ranging from ½ marathons to triathlons. Many athletes rely on massage to help decrease the stress and tension exerted on the body, thus helping decrease injury and increase recovery time.  Our therapists have been specially trained to provide massage on the areas triathletes require the most work.

Triathletes, please stop by after your event to receive a complimentary 10 min massage, additional time on the table is available for an additional fee [$1 per minute]. $1 per minute massages will also be available to 5k/10k participants and spectators.
